President's Day weekend we took a road trip to Alabama with the Ferrell's. They go every year for the
Mardi Gras parades, so we decided to go and experience the fun ourselves! Even though it was a long drive to
Fairhope, Alabama we did have a good time! It was such a cute little town and the parades they put on were awesome! It is very kid oriented and I can't wait until Parker is old enough to experience the fun himself. This time Mom and Dad had fun catching the goods for our little guy ;). They threw candy, beads, and tons of stuffed animals! We ate at a really good Oyster restaurant while we were there and just hung out watching the Olympics. It was a good relaxing weekend!
Here is Matt with only 1/2 the beads we caught...they were thrown at us by the bag full!!
