A Brothers Love

Parker and Pierce are really starting to interact with one another.  Pierce loves to watch his big brother play and talk to him.  I have to remind Parker to be gentle about every 5 seconds but it is so sweet to watch them interact.  Pierce just smiles...it melts my heart!

Pierce is 3 months!

My little guy just turned 3 months on Wednesday.  He just gets more and more precious everyday!  I could just stare into those beautiful eyes all the time.  He is really starting to interact with us when we talk to him.  He coos all the time and smiles!  He sleeps every night from 9 until about 4-5am.  He drinks around 5-5.5 oz every 3-4 hours.  He recently likes to take naps on his belly or in his swing.  Pierce never likes to be alone...he likes to watch what goes on especially when it involves Parker.  I know this baby stage is going to go by so fast so I am trying to soak every minute in.  I take those extra moments to sit and hold or rock him and of course lots of kisses! :)

Parker starts pre-school

My little boy is growing up so fast!  Parker started his first pre-school class on the 19th at St. Vincent Catholic Church.  His teachers name is Carla. He did great his first day...didn't even cry when I dropped him off.  The 2nd day was another story...

Pierce's Shower

My Sunday School girls, Tina and Alissa put together a shower for Pierce on Saturday.  We had so much fun visiting and loving on my little boy!

Splash Park

Thursday was Parker's play date with Audrey at a splash park.  They had so much fun running through the water and blowing bubbles!

Amanda and I got to catch up on life while the kids played and then we headed to Chick fil A!  We met GiGi and Pierce there and let the kids play some more.  They were ready for a nap for sure by the time we left!  What a fun day this was!

Children's Museum

My last week of maternity leave was upon me so I wanted to make my last week fun!  My Mom and I took the boys to the Children's museum on Wednesday and then Parker had a playdate with Audrey on Thursday.  It was a good way to end my week :(

July 4th Lake Weekend

Every 4th of July we go to Cedar Creek Lake and it is so much fun!  This year was a little different because the water is so incredibly low we couldn't get in the lake nor was there a big firework show due to the burn ban.  This is one HOT Texas summer!!  Keirstin and I decided to get the kids all dressed up for a 4th of July photo shoot!  This is my attempt with my 2 boys...

Pierce was not a happy camper.  I kept having to put in his paci and pull it out right before the picture.

Many Shoes...

Parker loves to get into my closet and put on my shoes!  Here are a few snap shots of my silly boy!

I know he will kill me one day for this but I think it's hilarious!  He loves these shoes the most...probably because they make noise when he walks.  He not only loves shoes he loves my pony tail holders and headbands.  He uses them as bracelets and necklaces!  I guess he has been watching Mommy too much :)
